Sorbito is under construction as the new home of The Sin Gusano Project.

Sorbito is a shop, tasting room, bar, and new hub for the UK agave spirits scene.

As well as the physical East London site, a new digital space is under construction, at sorbito.uk.

Doors will open to the public in early July. In the meantime we have designed some tasty pre-launch offers that are available from now until the moment the doors open.

More than just a tasting room, the new space will be the base of Sin Gusano operations. It will allow us to further our green credentials by operating a bottle re-fill and return programme. We will be offering £2 bar credit for every Sin Gusano bottle returned to Sorbito.

It will also be a space for collaborations and events, with a number of exciting names and partners already in the diary through late summer - watch this space for more info. 

Sorbito is a new concept in agave spirits. As with everything The Sin Gusano Project does, it’s carefully considered to spread the joy in the diversity of quality agave spirits.
